David began his career in real estate in 1993 in Boston, MA, where he focused on strategic add-value acquisitions for a boutique firm that taught him the value of partnerships and the art of the deal. Since the beginning of his career, David has expanded his horizons and transacted deals on all four corners of the US and South America. His experience includes the development of multifamily, office, industrial, data centers, volumetric construction, and high-rises. With over 15 years of industrial site selection, lease negotiation, build-to-suits, and the development of multiple distribution centers, David recognized an underserved market within the build-to-suit domain that helps small to medium businesses expand their physical footprints while retaining their capital for their core operations. This discovery ignited the ECO Build-To-Suit platform, where he assembled a team of experts to address the lack of options for this underserved market. Not only does David invest in the base real estate, but he also invests in the businesses that lease the sites, as he believes in supporting his partners and clients in achieving their success.
